Return policy- the basics
We only accept returns for store credit or exchange from 14 days of delivery . Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return for store credit or exchange, all items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received

Free of stains, odors, or signs of wear

In their original packaging with tags attached

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
All returned items are thoroughly inspected. If any item is found to be used, worn, or damaged upon return, your store credit will be void, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once your return is approved, the package must be shipped within 1 week. Please email us your tracking number to confirm the return. If we do not receive the tracking information within that time frame, your return will be canceled.
